No, but you could put just one image in your folder (foldername/image.jpg) and link it like:
{AG}foldername{/AG}
This is a workaround, AdmirorGallery is supposed to be a gallery
But, maybe it could be good idea to add single image support.

You can add an any number of pictures on any row in the article body that will be displayed inline with your text. Click 'Add Image' button and select image from device or gallery. Preview your image(s) then click on Save and view your "Article Detail" page. You will be able to see your images and text in the article body.
