Update information of install XML

If the component is indeed intended for J3+ only then the xml of the component should get an update.
did notice the: but it's not intended for 2.5 or higher.
it would also be nice to:
- increase the creationDate.
- remove the menu-images, this as the images won't be displayed so no sense to have it there.
