Good question.

Ideally you should post an issue on GitHub with steps to reproduce and description of your enviroment (OS, PHP version...)
But I don't think everyone is willing or has the time to do that.

I would recommend to post an issue here, and I will add the ones I confirm to GitHub.
Of course, this means that I should check the forum more regularly that past few months, and I intend to do so

Also we get a lot false positives, and I would like to keep GitHub clean of those
