Hello,

I building a site for my costumer and I added the admiror gallery , when she try to upload a image (with me that I will help her) , we get an error (image included).
how to fix this error?

after this I try to upload regular from "Media Manager" of joomla and the picture uploaded successfully, the image size was 97.5KB

For your helping I will very very appreciat,
and waiting for reply

p.s - in the local server ( WAMP ) this is not happend, only in the out server...

Hmm this is strange. I guess you are familiar with PHP

Can you check : \administrator\components\com_admirorgallery\models\imagemanager.php from line : 274
That is the part that actually uploads the image.

As you can see we use Joomla methods for uploading the images: JFile::upload($src, $dest)
"Warning: Failed to move the file!" is PHP warning, you should investigate why this is happening.

"Cannot upload file:..." is the output from Admiror Gallery:

JFactory::getApplication()->enqueueMessage(JText::_('AG_CANNOT_UPLOAD_FILE') . "&nbsp;" . $filename, 'error');

and it is a result of the previous warning.

Do you maybe have FTP Layer enabled (FTP Settings->Enable FTP)? Try to disable this, it should solve the problem for Image upload.
