The Gallery Dissapears

Firstly, I love this extension and have successfully installed and used it on other sites.
I installed Admiror Gallery 4.5.0 on a Joomla 2.5 site that I'm working on: http://opensource-dev.com/lifemaps/gallery
The problem: I noticed that a lot of actions cause the gallery to disappear and it instead produces a blank white page? For example, I have pagination enabled and when I click on page 2 at the bottom, I get a blank screen: http://opensource-dev.com/lifemaps/gall ... =0&AG_MK=0
If I go into the back-end of the site > Components > Admiror Gallery > Control Panel and if I change some of the basic settings, it for some reason gives me a blank screen as well?
Is this a permissions issue, or what's going on? I even reinstalled the component. I have it installed on a test site on my test server, but what's strange is I have installed the gallery without issues on other sites on the same server?!?
Lastly, out of curiosity if you hover over the image and it shows the image file name in a little popup, is there a way to get rid of that?
