Hello,

I'm trying to setup a product gallery and I'm getting an internal server error whenever I visit a page with an Admiror gallery on it. I read through the forums and one person was having issues with it on a K2 page so I tried with just a regular Joomla article and that's not working either. I'm running Joomla 2.5.9 and I've got Admiror Gallery 4.5 installed and enabled. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Where do you host your site? Can you check your PHP info for GD library? And what version is installed.

Because Admiror Gallery uses GD library to create thumbnails, it might be that is the problem.

Also, if you could access PHP error log it could be helpful.

My site is hosted at caprishosting.com, I just got off the phone with one of their tech guys and he said it's running PHP 5.3.3, with GD Lib 2.0.33 installed.

Nothing shows up in the PHP error log, only in the access log

Can you check the content of: [joomla]plugins\content\admirorgallery\admirorgallery\thumbs\
Also you should check permissions for thumbs folder, it should be writable for Joomla.

And if this is all OK, open plugins\content\admirorgallery\admirorgallery\classes\agHelper.php LINE: 413

You can try::

But I'm not certain that this will do any good.

I think that this would require some debugging to find out what is the cause of the problem.

I don't know if you have the time and will to do it, but if you do

Can you copy attached file and unzip it to : plugins\content\admirorgallery\
Don't overwrite the existing one, rename it, so you could restore it later.

This file has some prints added so we can see where did it stopped with the execution.
