Hi

I'm wondering of anyone can help. I am trying to embedded a gallery inside an article well actually its a K2 user profile but it doesn't matter because the same issue appears in an article.

When I add {AdmirorGallery}name{/AdmirorGallery} or {AG}name{/AG} it appears like that on the front end as in the gallery never appears

I am using Component Version: 4.5.0 Plugin Version: 4.5.0 Button Version: 4.5.0 with Joomla! 2.5.8

Please help

Thanks

{AG}name{/AG} should be OK.

Check if Content - Admiror Gallery is enabled in your Plugin manager. Similar problem occurs when it is disabled.

Hi

Thanks for getting back to me but unfortunately yes this plugin is enabled. I am also trying to getting an audio player to work but I am experiencing the same issues here. Do you think I need to install something else?

Any other ideas? please help!

Thanks

Can you try all that with some of Joomla default templates? Maybe K2 handles some cases differently than usually joomla templates use.

Hi

Thanks for the reply, I managed to test it with a different template and you were right it works fine in an article and actually its working fine in my articles now but I really need it to work with on a K2 profile page. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks

If your site is live, good idea would be to post a link and let me check for problems. Maybe it can be seen from the front end.

The next step you could send me, as one of the users on the forum suggested, send me a screenshots from AdmirorGallery Control Panel.

The last step is to create a backend account so I could check what is the problem. Use this only as last resort.
