Another bugfix in component

Hi,

I've done another bugfix in the component. There was another AG_APPLY_DESC / AG_RESET_DESC which must changed with COM_ADMIRORGALLERY_APPLY_DESC /***_RESET_DESC in site\helpers\toolbar.php so this keyword is also changed in german and english translation files.

There is one error that am not able to find:

When I go to "Components -> Admirorgallery -> Controlcenter in backend, the parameters are in German. When I call the link in Frontend to make a new gallery it's in german too.
But when I create a new menupoint with "new gallery" in backend, the parameters are in english. Only if I put the translation in the administrator/languages/de-DE/de-DE.com_admirorgallery.sys.ini it is in german. Shouldn't the translation come from de-DE.com_admirorgallery.ini in administrator/languages/de-DE?

And why it isn't possible to upload multiple files (shift+click in the files dialog) in picture upload?

You can upload multiple images only if you pack them in a zip file. But I agree with you that it would be good idea to enable multi selection for files.

For the language loading, I'm not sure where is the problem. Is Joomla doing it that way or should we add something to enable a proper language handling.

But if adding translations to sys.ini is the solution we can stick to it for now.

I think I found the answer to your question

Shouldn't the translation come from de-DE.com_admirorgallery.ini in administrator/languages/de-DE?

In fact translation for parameters come from plugin translations, so translations are coming from : JROOT/administrator/language/de-DE/de-DE.plg_content_admirorgallery.ini

Because the parameters displayed when new gallery menu item is added are in fact plugin parameters.

So we need to have de-DE.plg_content_admirorgallery.ini and everything will be OK

Hi,

here is the updated plugin with german language. Does a version with multiupload comes in the near future?
And Is it possible to create captions over or under a picture (for example to make categories) and if yes, how? I don't find something in the options.

As for the multiupload, we can only make this using HTML5 (without Flash) because HTML4 does not support more than one file per input field. I don't know is this acceptable, because HTML5 is still not mainstream and some older browsers do not support it.

Captions of the image? There is no option for this, because this is template responcebility. Depending on the template captions can be anywere.
