are you referring to the text of the alt attribute of an image?
if so then there is some bad news as that's something you can't style

or did you meant something else, if so do you maybe have a screenshot?

I would like this text to have a different color and larger size

Did mention it will display the "alt" text but am wrong there as it's displaying the "text" attribute.
Maybe it's better to do something with tooltips but will take a look at it.
