There is no obvious reason why this should happen. Admiror Gallery, in general, doesn't depend on the browser. If it works on one, it should work on any.
Especially the thumbnails creation, because it is done on the server and should be the same in any browser or OS.

Do you have you site online so I could check? If not, could you send me the HTML source of the page saved from Chrome? So I could investigate more.

I have exact same problem. You can see here - http://www.stolitsa-sakh.ru/index.php/n ... i-i-aktsii or http://www.stolitsa-sakh.ru/index.php/n ... ii?start=3 It is in Chrome works as something strange. More often than not loaded. Sometimes starts to appear. A month ago everything was good. Can't understand what happened. In other browsers it works .

Hi,

I know that your component doesnt depend on browser, but there must be something that it works on all other browsers except chrome.

my website is not yet online. I took a look at the website of megavolk, and it has really the same problematic.

megavolk, is it possible to create a user for me, and provide me a back-end access to your site, so I could check your settings and possibly diagnose the problem?

The most probably some preloaded or lazy loading plugin.

I investigate, as much as I can using Chrome developer tools(Right Click->Inspect Element), and it seems that pictures are there but not displayed.
If you disable/enable any CSS property of any element on your page, images will appear.

Also if you open any article from this page:http://www.stolitsa-sakh.ru/index.php/n ... i-i-aktsii and go BACK in in the browser to the previous page, now images are displayed.

This is strange, it looks like Chrome is not aware that images are loaded.

I deleted your post for security reason, but I copied in ;)

When I asked for access to backend I expected to sent it by mail :) Sorry if I was unclear.

I will download and test your site and let you know the results.

@megavolk:
As I suspected, your template caused this problem. :) But on the other hand it discovered some interesting thing. Let me explain.
One of the option in your template, in General section, Image Max Width adds : max-width:100% !important; for all images on the page, and because of !important it is forced on Admiror Gallery thumbs. This is not nice :)
It seems that Firefox doesn't care much about that, but Chrome does.

So to cut the long story short, to fix this problem open : [root]/plugins/content/admirorgallery/admirorgallery/AdmirorGallery.css

And at the bottom, add : max-width:none !important; to reseter defines:

Code: Select all

{ margin:0;padding:0;border:0;outline:0;font-weight:inherit;font-style:inherit;font-size:100%;font-family:inherit;border:none;border-spacing:0px;border-collapse:collapse;  max-width:none !important;}
@everyone else:
You can try the same solution, my best bet is that the same apples to you to :)
And say thanks to megavolk for providing the test site so I could investigate :)

Also, it is always a good idea to give Admiror Gallery some nice word on Joomla Extensions site, thanks in advance.
