Save Sidebar state in a cookie

Hello,
first of all, thanx for the great work!!
I have made small changes to the ImageManager. Now the state of the Sidebar (open/close) gonna be saved in a cookie (JS)
If you open the Sidebar and you make any changes to the site (apply) or you come back later, the sidebar will be shown automatically. The same thing if you close the sidebar - it will be stay closed.
Gallery-Version: 3.0.180
INSTALLATION: Before you do anything, don't forget to backup you site!!!
Just extract the ZIP-File to your Joomla!-Root-Folder and be happy.
Hope you enjoy

I will make a install package with this feature, and included it in a regular release
