Marking new images and templates problems

Hello,
I installed component Admiror Gallery 3.0.185 but I have these problems:
1.I chose NO for Mark New Images, but all images are still with NEW mark.
2.I changed Gallery Template and Popup Engine, but no difference.

I found why does it happen! I link the component in my menu, instead of inserting this {AG}name_of_your_folder{/AG} in some article.

Menu item have separate parameters set from global parameters in Component Control Panel.
Current global parameters will be taken as a default when creating a new menu item. After that if you need to change something you need to go to the Menu Item settings to change parameters for particular item.
Changing global parameters in Component Control panel does not affect menu item parameters for existing menu items.
This way every menu item has its own parameters enabling you do have different looking gallery's
