Hi....

First I want to say that I LOVE THIS COMPONENT! It rocks and I appreciate that you've taken the time to develop it.

I have installed it on my site, checked all the browsers and it seems to be working beautifully. Then my friend told me they were looking at my site on an IPAD and there seemed to be two errors showing up. I went to go see for myself and here's what they said:

warning:preg-match () [function-preg-match]: Unknown modifier '2' in plugins/content/admirorgallery/classes/aghelper.php - line 406

and.....

warning:preg-match () [function-preg-match]: Unknown modifier 'c' in plugins/content/admirorgallery/classes/aghelper.php - line 406

I have the latest version of Safari installed on my Mac and this error does not show up. I have also tested it in FireFox and Chrome (I haven't in IE yet) and all is good there as well. Seems to be an issue with the IPAD. Then I tried the site on and IPHONE and I'm having the same challenge. I've tested this on my Droid Phone and I haven't had an issue at all.

Would you please look into this.

hello,

it is always recommended to check the forum using the search function to discover if a problem has already been reported. I started a thread exactly the same as this a few weeks back and the Devs have been working on this problem - and the last version .169 solved it.

Please download 3.0.0.169 and check your site again

Thanks Sam for your reply. I didn't see the thread about this when I searched. My apologies...

Would you please send me the link to download the latest version. When I go to Joomla Extensions page to download or within the download area of your site it's still directing me to download version 3.0.165.

Also, should I just install it right on top of the old version or should I uninstall the old version and then install the new version.

Here is the link where you can get the latest version. Problem you have is fixed in version 169.

Sorry, but you have to uninstall the old version and then install the new one. But we are aware of this issue and we will make an update script in the near future, I hope

The thread that holds the latest version is right above this one pinned to the top of the AG 3x forum hehehe.

Thread title is: AG 3.0.169 - last updated 03/03/2011
on the First page is the latest version - and they update it there. It's a slightly odd way of working to my mind but it works. Basically keep an eye out on that topic's title for when the version number and date changes then go into the first page and download the file.

Currently - always uninstall the previous version then install the new version.
A update script is being worked on which means we do not need to do that...look out for a future update for that
