Gallery just stopped working

Hi,

I have just uploaded some images to my gallery using the gallery image manager, but now for some odd reason the gallery just shows the thumbnail images, but wont load the images?

My gallery link has been setup using a menu link.

I am using joomla 1.5, gallery 3.0.185. website http://carrickrugbyclub.co.uk

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

For some reason there is a code:

Code: Select all

example(){//js code}

that is added to the page output. This code is invalid and it breaks the Admiror Gallery script for album support.

You should investigate why this line is added to you page, maybe some plugin or a modul.

Firstly, Many thanks for taking the time to look at this problem for me, it is very much appreciated.

I have very little knowledge of these kinds of things and honestly i would not know where to start in finding the right file to fix this or remove that section of code.
My limits are login and follow the instructions

If anyone knows of a tutorial or can point me to the right file that would be great.

Well for starters you can try to change you template.

Set some JA_Purity as your default template just to see if it will solve the problem.

If changing the template solved the problem then we have the problem localized to somewhere in the template

I tried what you suggested, but it didn't work, i even tried 3 different templates. I've taken my site offline at the moment doing some work on a different template.


EDIT: I dont know how or what happened, but it seems everything is back to normal

GAHHHH im afraid it has gone and done it again. This time i have done nothing to the website, it was working yesterday, today i open the website and the gallery links not working again.

Yeah it was the facebook module that caused the problem. As it turns out it was causing more problems than just the gallery, it is in the bin for now
