Adding Description on Image Manger interface

#1 Post by lupul029 »

This is the versions that I'm using:

Component Version: 3.0.180
Plugin Version: 3.1.0
Button Version: 1.0.2

This is my problem:
When i go to IMAGE MANAGER and select the folder, then select the image I get two options. Default and English.
I select to write a description in any of the the boxes and then hit enter or apply the page turns white and doesn't refresh.
Not to mention the description for the image does appear.

Thank you for your assistance.

File in XML format should be created in Your images folder along side with image, with the same name as image has. I'm guessing that image name contains illegal characters or there is some folder permission which disallow writing...

Which server You have (Linux or Windows) ? What is the image name? Can You check permissions on containing folder? Is there some XML file created and what is it's content?

From an FTP perspective; There doesn't seem to be any XML files added to the ( individual ) image folders. Do you have a code sample that I can input manually since it wasn't automatically generated. My server is LINUX.

New Note: I went through FTP and changed to folder permissions and everything seems to be working fine! Problem solved... Thank you again.
