Some galleries use hierarchy structure, like Facebook gallery. This is usually known as Albums, which contains other Albums.

For example:
My Photos
---- Childhood
---- Highschool
---- Holydays
--------- Egipt
--------- Wienna
--------- India
---- Family Photos

Albums could be represented as icon or one of the images, but instead opening Popup, it could render containing gallery.

This would be neat for product presentations or sculpt portfolios, where are needed more images of single object.

I just talk with Vasiljevski and we got couple ideas with Albums.

1. Implementation of all subfolders rendering.
Standard template would render all subfolders images as single gallery, but with special Album template it could be possible to put images into JavaScript Array and to handle them with jQuery, and display them as Albums.

2. Refresh entire page
If album is treated as standard image without code for opening Popup, maybe it's possible to refresh entire page, but with changed trigger code. This would enable use of current templates, without need for special Album templates.

We have a great news!

Durring this month we're planning a new release which will have Albums support. Albums are generated from subfolders and usually rendered bellow gallery. If Album is empty, default Album icon is shown, else it shows the first image in Album. When user click on Album, page refreshs and shows gallery of images inside of current Album, link to the parent Album and contained Albums (subfolders).

New release will bring and most requested features, like AG button inside Article editor and Pagination support !

We also finally manage to solve jQuery conflict issues.

Hmmm, that is not a bad idea :) We will take this into consideration for future releases.

Thank you, this idea, if implemented, will certainly improve AdmirorGallery :)
