Just add ALBUMS=[translate]. We forgot to add it in English translation files :)

In English, please.

Yes you can change Albums by adding a different translation to language file.
To remove it, if you use classic template, just delete the red part from index.php
// Support for Albums
if (!empty($AG->folders) && $AG->params['albumUse']) {
$html.= '<h1>' . JText::_('Albums') . '</h1>' . "\n";
$html.= $AG->writeFolderThumb("albums/album.png", $AG->params['thumbHeight']);
}

Yes, I understand what you want to do.

To do you have two options:
1: Modify the template file - go to /plugins/content/admirorgallery/admirorgallery/templates, there you will find a folder for every template. Depending on which you use (from image you posted, I see that you use classic) there will be index.php file, open it and scroll down to find :
Code:
// Support for Albums
if (!empty($AG->folders) && $AG->params['albumUse']) {
    $html.= '<h1>' . JText::_('Albums') . '</h1>' . "\n";
    $html.= $AG->writeFolderThumb("albums/album.png", $AG->params['thumbHeight']);
}

Just remove "$html.= '<h1>' . JText::_('Albums') . '</h1>' . "\n";" and save. The "Albums" will be gone.

2:Add label translation to the language file (better way) - Add "ALBUMS=[what you want, or leave blank]" at the end of this file:
\administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_content_admirorgallery.ini
