I'm not sure quite what you mean?

But at a guess I think you mean limit the number of thumbs displayed but have more than 4 images?

If so then this is the Pagination setting (and will also depend on the template used). Turn Pagination on and have the number of thumbnails set to four. If you have 12 images in the folder you will then end up with four thumbnails and THREE pages worth of four thumbnails.

This is not supported by existing options.

But, you could easily implement it by changing classic template.
Slimbox (script that makes the image popout :) wants to have all the images on the page, so the trick would be to edit a classic template to display only 4 images, and after that to add visibility:hidden style to the rest.

This way you should get what you need :)

Let me know if you need assistance on editing classic template.

Well, have you been successfull changing the template?

I need the same change I guess, but I want to show only 1(!) image as preview for a gallery of multiple pics.

I downloaded the classic template and had a look into it, but *sigh" ... Im lost :o and dont know what to do.

Heeeellp!! Plz! ;)
