In the "gallery view template" the name of the image is being displayed between the thumbnails and the large image.
This is distracting, i mean it is obstructing part of the image.
How do i disable this or hide this!
I have attached an image taken from the demo page of the admiror gallery

Thank you! It is working
I have one more query. The images that are being shown in the admiror Gallery - in the Gallery View Template show the images scaled to the size of the container. How do i show the images in the original size instead?
The original dimensions of the image are changed to fit the image in the entire screen.

You could make the frame bigger. There is an option in Admiror Gallery :
GALLERY FRAME SIZE
Frame width
Frame height

Try changing these and see if you can make the correct settings you need.

I know that i can change the size of the frame
But the problem is that the image is scaling to the frame
I don't want it to scale.
It is scaling both the width and the height
Do you have settings where only the width scales and the height fits to the frame or
Where only the height scales and the width fits or
the original image size is displayed -
In the gallery view template.
The very little image like an icon of size 100x100px is scaling to 500x500 size
Is there a change that i can make so that i can display it in the original size?

Hmm, you can try to comment one line in galleryView index.php file, I think it just might do the trick :)
Open file : plugins\content\admirorgallery\admirorgallery\templates\galleryView\index.php and find this part:
Code:
$AG->insertJSCode('
AG_jQuery(document).ready(function(){
  AG_jQuery("#AG_'.$AG->getGalleryID().' #photos").galleryView({
     panel_width: '.$AG->params['frameWidth'].',
     panel_height: '.$AG->params['frameHeight'].',
     frame_width: '.$AG->params['thumbWidth'].',
     frame_height: '.$AG->params['thumbHeight'].',
     nav_theme: "light",
     pause_on_hover: true
  });
  AG_jQuery("#AG_'.$AG->getGalleryID().' div#photos").css({backgroundColor:"black"});
  AG_jQuery("#AG_'.$AG->getGalleryID().' div#photos .panel-content img").css({width:"'.$AG->params['frameWidth'].'px",height:"'.$AG->params['frameHeight'].'px"});
});
');

Remove or comment out this line:
Code:
AG_jQuery("#AG_'.$AG->getGalleryID().' div#photos .panel-content img").css({width:"'.$AG->params['frameWidth'].'px",height:"'.$AG->params['frameHeight'].'px"});

It basically sets the image size to the frame size.

When thinking about this, it might be good to make this as an option in the future :)

Thank you for the support.
There are a few css galleries that are available but i am impressed by your extension.
The fact that you had the vision to create a button and let the user add custom code in the article and that you have a plugin along with a component and that you did free your arms throwing in a module made me stick to your extension.
I appreciate the hard work you have put into the extension and your quick responses!
One last thing - since you have mentioned about future version could you please make the gallery responsive.
P.S. If the request seems like the classic case of "belling the cat" please ignore it i am unaware of the practical problems that come with it.

No that is completely valid request :)

But this is not so related to the gallery it self as it is related to the templates we use (classic, listed..).
I'm not so familiar with responsive design (programmer, not a designer :)) but it is possible to create a template that could be added to the existing Admiror Gallery core that would be responsive.

And I'm always glad to help with the integration :)

Maybe we will add one default responsive template in the future.

Hey increasing the frame size will not make it more responsive - neither will it make the images fit or scale!
