All my picture file names are in Thai language, showing the detail of the pictures which is done by an end user. For example "สงกรานต์ 2013.jpg" .

Would it be a possible way to show the file name in Thai? I have tried and it came out unreadable.

Probably yes. Could you post an image so I could see the output?

It depends where is the text displayed, in the popup, under the thumb..

Maybe it's just char encoding mismatch
