Hello.

I am in the process of incorporating the Admiror Gallery Plugin into a different component.

The component assigns Id's similary's to what Joomla assigns article ID's.

I would like to be able to use the reference {AG}{/AG} In this plugin.

Is there another file I need to edit other than the plugins/content/admirorgallery.php in order the achieve this.

If I should rewrite the plugin to call ID's from the new the component I am trying to use Id's would that be doable?

Can you point me in the right direction?

btw: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=658 I read this. Not exactly what I am looking for.

Regards,
Johan

I'm not sure exactly what your intention is, but let me explain how the gallery works, in short, and maybe that will help.

In general, admirorgallery.php role is to search the content for {AG}{/AG}.
If any is found array of items found is created, that is obvious. After that it goes throughout the array and creates the gallery's.

Now, if you want the gallery to have some particular ID you should also look into the template files, because they are responsible for creating the actual HTML that will be inserted.

But if you want the plugin to search for ID's instead of {AG}{/AG} then only admirorgallery.php should be edited :)

Hope I gave you some useful info :)
