Hello,

I have Joomla! 3.1.5. , using JCE editor and I've just installed Admiror Frames 2.0.

Admiror Frames is the perfect extension for me, but for some reasom (after enabling the plugin of course) it did not work. Meaning that it just shows me the tags {AF}My Content{/AF}.

I saw an older post saying that I should try to delete it and reinstall. I did that and nothing has changed.

Did I forget anything ?

Thank you all,
Ofer.

Can you, please, try to edit your article without any editor?
It is possible that JCE editor messed the {AF} {/AF} code and saved it as an HTML encoded values instead of {}

Hi Vasiljevski,

Thank you for you reply. I appreciate it.

Can you please explain or clearify your question ?

I tried to switch and check a few popular editors and even the basic editor of joomla and none of them worked.

Waiting for your answer.

Thank you,
Ofer.

Have you tried to check HTML source view of the article text?

The most Editors, usually, convert some chars to HTML encoded string, like : {AF}aaaaaasdasdasd{/AF} to %7BAF%7Daaaaaasdasdasd%7B/AF%7D

As for the browser this is the same, but for Admiror Frames it is not :)

So set the Editor in Joomla to None, and enter {AF}{some random text}{/AF} save the article and see if it shows the frame.

Hi Vasiljevski,

I changed the Joomla editor to none and nothing has changed. This is the code I saw when I chacked the HTML source of the page:

Code:
<p style="direction: rtl; text-align: right;">&nbsp;</p>
{AF}12345{/AF}</div></div>
</div>

I'm sure Admiror Frames would improve the look of my site immensely :)

I hope you could help me...

Thank you very much,
Ofer.

I found out that for some reason, seblod content plugin, that you have installed causes problems for Admiror Gallery.
I searched a net and found this solution : http://www.seblod.com/community/forums/ ... -in-seblod
In the future, if you add any content plugin, you should set it to load after seblod, as this is a general problem not related to AdmirorFrames.
