You can take the one from com_admirorgallery.zip/admirorgallery/admirorgallery/popups/ zip it and install it :)

But in general, if you have FTP access you can just copy slimbox folder to [joomla]/plugins/content/admirorgallery/admirorgallery/popups

This also applies to templates. Because "install" in Admiror Gallery is basically copy files to correct place.
